About US

An EPC desk that treats generation as a deliverable, not a brochure claim.

JohnSunny EPC is owned by John G. We run a tight engineering-procurement-construction loop: load study, string design, structure, electrical, permissions, and commissioning. You get a plant that matches the roof, the tariff, and the load — not a generic kit.

Work is scoped in writing. Generation estimates sit next to assumptions. After handover, monitoring and O&M keep the array honest.

Practice principles

  1. Survey before sizing. Shade and structure first.
  2. Bill of quantities matches the drawing, not a catalogue.
  3. Commissioning includes string-level checks and a generation baseline.
  4. Owner contact stays with John G through the project.

Services

Full-scope solar, split into work you can actually buy.

Residential rooftop

3–15 kW grid-tied systems for homes. Load matching, inverter selection, net-metering file support, and a clean rooftop layout.

Commercial & industrial

20 kW to multi-MW plants on sheds, RCC roofs, and carports. Structural vetting, LT/HT interfacing, and phased shutdowns.

Hybrid & backup

Solar with storage for unstable feeders and critical loads. Battery sizing from actual outage hours, not guesswork.

Engineering study

Shade analysis, stringing, SLD, cable schedules, and earthing. Issued as a drawing set before procurement.

Procurement

Tier-1 modules, string or central inverters, MMS, BOS. Serial tracking and factory papers stay with the project file.

O&M

Cleaning cycles, thermal scans, inverter logs, and annual generation reports against the commissioning baseline.

Portfolio

Recent plants. Output first, finish second.

Industrial shed · 420 kW

Process plant rooftop, daytime load cover

String inverters, walkways, and a 66 kV plant interface. Year-1 specific yield tracked at 1,410 kWh/kWp.

Campus · 180 kW

Education campus, split arrays

Three buildings, one monitoring desk. Net metering closed in 28 working days after commissioning.

Residence · 8.8 kW hybrid

Hill bungalow with storage

Hybrid inverter and 10 kWh storage sized to 6-hour evening load. Array kept off the ridge for wind.

Review

Leave a site review after handover — or after a survey.

Reviews are stored in D1 and emailed to John G. Use a real contact number so we can verify the plant if needed.

“Commissioning report matched the first 30 days of inverter data. No missing earthing, no leftover packing on the roof.” Plant manager, 180 kW campus
